Tropical Storm Sara Proclaims the Gospel
Spiritual Meaning
Conclusion
The
geography of the region around the Yucatan in Central America
symbolizes a Throne and a High Place. The Yucatan is the
back of the throne. The seat corresponds to Honduras,
which also symbolizes a High Place. And Costa Rica and
Panama symbolize the Footstool. The three days
Tropical Storm Sara spent along the northern coast of
Honduras symbolized being offered as a sacrifice on a High
Place. Jesus Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice for
sins on the cross (Heb 7:26, 27). The death of Christ on
the cross corresponded to the Levitical sacrifices on the Altar
in the Tabernacle and to sacrifices on High Places.
Tropical
Storm Sara arrived at the coast of Honduras on Nov. 14, where 14
is for the Passover. Jesus ate the Passover (Last Supper)
and was crucified on the 15th day of the
month. After bearing the sins of the world, He dismissed
His human Spirit, which went into Sheol (Hades), and His body
was placed in a tomb. In Sheol He announced that
He had paid for the sins of the world as promised by the Adamic Covenant. He led the Old
Testament saints out of Sheol (Abraham's Bosom) into
Heaven. He led them free in a Triumphal Procession (Eph
4:8). Jesus was in His Spiritual Body. After three
days His Earthly Body was resurrected and an Angel rolled back
the stone that sealed His tomb. ![]() Nov. 15
