Turkey Earthquakes, Curse of the Green CometEarthquakes

February 6, 2023 (Day 37):  Turkey was devastated and thousands killed from powerful earthquakes that struck on February 6, 2023.  The most powerful was magnitude 7.8 in South-Central Turkey near the northern border of Syria.  It occurred at 0117/35 GMT (0417/35 local).  It was followed by many powerful aftershocks and a 7.5 magnitude earthquake nine hours later at 1024/49 GMT (1:24/49 pm local) 4 km SSE of Ekinözü, Turkey. The earthquakes broke up the foundations of high-rise buildings, and they came crashing down.  People were buried under tons of rubble.  Towers of mosques in the Muslim country were toppled, and some of the panic-stricken people began to pray, thinking Judgment Day had come.  By the next day 7,000 deaths were confirmed as the toll was rising.



CometThe Turkey earthquakes were linked to the curse of the Green Comet C/2022 E3 ZTF as it came into conjunction with Capella, a star in Auriga, the sign of Jesus Christ as the Shepherd of Israel at the Second Advent (Psalm 23:1; Zech 12:8; Matt 16:27; 25:32).  When He returns, His feet will touch down on the Mt. of Olives from which He departed in His Ascension (Zech 14:4; Acts 1:11, 12).  The Lord will destroy the Kingdom of Satan's World at the Second Advent as the "stone cut out without hands" that breaks up the feet of clay of the image seen by Nebuchadnezzar (ref. Daniel 2:34, 35).  The buildings collapsing in the Turkey earthquakes symbolized the break up of the foundations and subsequent destruction of the Devil's World.  The feet of pottery and iron of the image in Nebuchadnezzar's dream correspond to foundations of reinforced concrete (steel and concrete).


The strongest earthquake of 7.8 magnitude occurred during the Full Moon, which was on Feb. 5, 2023 at 1828 GMT.  The earthquake was on Feb. 6 at 0117 GMT, which is a difference of 6 hours and 49 min.   The earthquake on Feb. 6 under the Full Moon followed the sign of the Chinese spy balloon, which was spotted over Billings,Montana on Feb. 1 and shot down off the coast of South Carolina on Feb. 5.  The Chinese spy balloon was the first enemy aircraft shot down over the US since the Pearl Harbor attack in World War II.  The balloon was round and looked like a Full Moon in the sky.  February 1 was the day of the closest approach of the Green Comet to Earth.  The comet was associated with mass shootings in Half Moon Bay, California.

On January 26, 2023 an asteroid passed the Earth in a near miss.  An asteroid falling to Earth as a meteorite is a symbol of Satan's fall.  A meteorite also corresponds to a rock cut out without hands.  The meteorite associated with Satan's first fall is believed to have occurred 66 million year ago near the Yucatan Peninsula.  Satan will fall again, when he is kicked out of Heaven in the middle of the Tribulation.  The debris from the fall of the Chinese spy balloon was similar in appearance to a  meteor breaking up and falling to Earth like Satan (Lk 10:18).

Spiritual Meaning

The terrible earthquakes in Turkey and northern Syria were Judgment from God.  Earthquakes are the judgment of Ecumenical Babylon associated with the land.  The buildings of the devil's world were reduced to rubble and people were killed corresponding to the Judgment from Jesus Christ as the "stone cut out without hands" which will destroy Satan's kingdom at the Second Advent.  The Lord will judge between the sheep and the goats.  He will welcome the sheep into His Millennial Kingdom, but He will cast the goats out into Hades. 

The earthquake struck as the Green Comet came into conjunction with Auriga, which symbolizes Jesus Christ as the Shepherd who will judge between the sheep and the goats at the Second Advent.  He will also lock up Satan in the dungeon of Hades for a thousand years (Rev 20:2, 3, 7).  The comet symbolizes the unbeliever under the power of Satan whose course of life is in the deep darkness of space.  Thus, the conjunction of the Green Comet and Auriga symbolizes the Judgment of the unbeliever and Satan by Jesus Christ, the Shepherd of the sheep.

The death and destruction of the Turkey earthquakes symbolized the Judgment of the devil's world by the Lord Jesus Christ at the Second Advent when He will separate the sheep from the goats.  The goats will be sent to Hades, but the cursing will be turned to blessing for the sheep, who will go into the Millennial Kingdom (Matt 25:32, 33, 34).

Turkey EarthquakeThe Chart at the time of the strong 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Turkey contains a Skull and a Plow.  A Skull is a morbid symbol of death at the hands of Satan, who has the power of death with God's permission.  It was the Full Moon with the Sun in Capricornus, for Gentile glory, in opposition to the Moon in Cancer, for safety or security of a family or group of believers in the Lord's hand, corresponding to Eternal security of believers (Jn 10:27-28),  Families were sleeping in their houses when the earthquake struck.  Those who were believers in Jesus Christ were saved and those who did not believe were lost.  Those who died went to Heaven or Hades depending upon whether they had believed in Christ.  Children who died before reaching the age of accountability were automatically saved.  Cancer corresponds to the home of sheep and Capricornus to the home of goats.  Cancer corresponds to the location of Turkey in Asia, and Capricornus corresponds to Rome.

A Plow indicates intense suffering, like being plowed under.  In this case it is obviously the sign of an earthquake.  The Plow points to the Mediator Planet in Aries, for Jesus Christ as the High Priest of the New Covenant to the Church (Hag 2:6, 7; Heb 12:26, 27). 

The Ascendant was Scorpius, corresponding to Simeon criminality.  Taurus was on the Descendant with the Red Planet, for the Plagues of Egypt.  The earthquake was a plague.  The Red Planet in Taurus also symbolizes the blood of the bull as a sign of Redemption.

The star Capella in the constellation Auriga was also on the Descendant.  This is significant because the Green Comet was in conjunction with Auriga.  Auriga is the sign of Jesus Christ as the Shepherd who will judge between the sheep and goats at the Second Advent (Matt 25:32).  The goats are unbelievers, as symbolized by a comet.  The goats are the children of Satan.  They will be cast off the Earth and thrown into the fire of Hades in the Baptism of Fire.   The sheep are believers who will go into the Millennium.  Satan and his demons will be locked up in Tartarus for a thousand years.

There were three planets in Aquarius.
  1. God of the Covenants - the Noahic Covenant
  2. Morning Star - exposing feet of clay
  3. Redeemer Planet - redeemed from Sheol and the devil's world (1 Cor 6:19-20; 2Tim 2:24, 25, 26).

Conclusion

The terrible earthquakes in Turkey caused widespread death and destruction.  Turkey is a Muslim country where most of the adults have rejected Jesus Christ as Savior.  Consequently, their deaths were a ticket to Hades and Eternal Judgment.  Earthquakes are the Judgment of Ecumenical Babylon.

The destruction of Turkey by the earthquakes symbolized the Judgment of the devil's world by the Lord Jesus Christ at the Second Advent when He will return as the stone cut out without hands and destroy Satan's Kingdom and its occupants.  He will judge between the sheep and goats.  The goats will be cast off the Earth and sent to Hades in the Baptism of Fire, but the sheep will receive the blessing of going into the Millennial Kingdom.

The Turkey earthquakes occurred on February 6, 2023, Day 37, where 6 is the number for man, and 37 is for a warrior.  The most powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake was at 37 North and 37 East.  Jesus Christ will be the Warrior at the Second Advent, and the earthquake destruction of Turkey corresponded to Russia's destruction of Ukraine.

At the time of the Turkey earthquakes the Sun was in Capricornus, and the Full Moon was in Cancer.  The Sun in Capricornus symbolized the glory of the devil's world of the goats, and the Moon in Cancer symbolized the Eternal Security of the sheep in the hand of Christ.  Jesus Christ will Judge between the sheep and the goats at the Second Advent.

The Full Moon was symbolized by a Chinese spy balloon that appeared over Montana on Feb. 1 (the day of closest approach of the  Green Comet to Earth) and crossed the country before it was shot down off the coast of South Carolina on Feb. 5, the day before the Turkey earthquakes.  This was symbolized by a large train derailment in Ohio on Feb. 3, symbolizing a strategic failure.  Montana is in the region of Taurus.  The Red Planet was in Taurus, for the Plagues of Egypt and a sign of Redemption.  Jesus Christ redeemed mankind from the curse of sin, but the Redemption Solution must be accepted to be effective for Salvation.  The Muslim religion rejects the Redemption Solution provided by Jesus Christ through His substitutionary spiritual death on the cross.

For believers in Christ even the death and destruction of the Turkey earthquakes is turned to blessing by the saving Grace of Jesus Christ.
