Hurricane Rafael and the US Presidential Election

November 10, 2024 (Day 315): Tropical Storm Rafael was named in the Caribbean on November 4, 2024 at 4 pm EST (2100 GMT) on the eve of the 2024 US Presidential Election between current Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump. The election was touted by both sides as a life or death matter for the nation. The tropical storm was the version of the Weather Archangel of the political storm that was sweeping the USA. Kamala Harris claimed to be the daughter of a Black man from Jamaica and an Indian woman from India. However, the story so far lacks definitive proof. And former President Trump has been charged with and convicted of a long list of questionable crimes by his political opponents.

Tropical Storm Rafael approached Jamaica south of Kingston but veered off to the West and headed for the Cayman Islands. It ran northwest under the horse's neck of Cuba. Being under a horse's neck is the sign of being trampled by a horse (or neutralized), corresponding to Jehu trampling over Jezebel with his horse. At 12:10 pm EST (1710 GMT) a face appeared in the clouds of the storm (reference pictures). Faces have appeared in clouds many times before. They can be produced by Weather Angels or demons. The infrared face against the dark background appeared to be a White man.

Before reaching the Cayman Islands, Rafael was upgraded to a hurricane on November 5 at 7:20 pm EST. At 8 pm EST the eye of Rafael clipped the West end of Little Cayman Island. The polls closed in the US Presidential Election at 8 pm EST. The Astrological Chart for Washington, DC at 8 pm contains the image of a Horse's Hoof covering a Castle (symbolizing the White House). A Horse's Hoof is the sign of being trampled by horses, as when the Chaldean Army destroyed Jerusalem in the holocaust of 586 BC.

The election results did not come in until the next day, November 6. Trump won a great victory. It was said to be one of the greatest political comebacks of history. His life had been like being trampled by horses. Kamala Harris suffered a terrible defeat, like being trampled by horses.

After passing the Cayman Islands, Hurricane Rafael continued northeast under the horse's neck of Cuba. At 7:21 am (1221 GMT) on November 6, the images of two horses over the US directed the course of Hurricane Rafael, which also resembled a small horse. This corresponded to the invasion of an army or the symbolism of the Horses of the Apocalypse.

Hurricane Rafael passed East of the Isle of Youth and made landfall in the Province of Artemisa, near Cajio Beach, Cuba southwest of Havana. The eyewall came ashore at 2:48 PM EST (1948 GMT). It had wind of approximately 80 knots with pressure of 956 mb., and an eye 32 miles in diameter.

As Hurricane Rafael moved inland, it made the shape of a horse's hoof at 3:20 pm EST (2020 GMT). Cuba was under cursing of being trampled by a horse. The power grid failed again, and the entire island was left in darkness.

After emerging from Cuba, Hurricane Rafael entered the Gulf of Mexico and moved northwest to the edge of a hostile environment and then turned West. It strengthened to a Category 3 hurricane according the the Weather Service. Then on November 8th as it traveled across the Gulf, it began to succumb to dry air and wind shear and weakened. The Weather Service pronounced the death sentence upon the storm and gave it three days to fall into a Low Pressure Area over the Gulf of Mexico.

After weakening from dry air and shear, Rafael was downgraded to a Post-Tropical Cyclone at 3 pm CST (2100 GMT) on November 9, 2024. The death of Hurricane Rafael in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico symbolized the death of Jonah when he was thrown overboard in the Mediterranean Sea. The storm wandered around forming a small loop before it fell to pieces (reference Track). A loop symbolizes a criminal, who returns to the scene of the crime. A death in the middle of the sea is the ultimate symbol of an outcast or castaway for whom there is no hope.

The remnants of Rafael were left in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico as a Low Pressure Area.

The last two states to report the election results were Nevada and Arizona. Nevada is in the region corresponding to an outcast in the Client Nation Model, and Arizona is in the region of Sagittarius, for a raiding band on horses. The electoral vote was Trump 312 to Harris 226.

Spiritual Meaning

A hurricane is intensified Divine Punishment for rejection of the Grace message of the pastor by the local congregation, like rejection of the authority of Right Man by the Right Woman. Thus, a hurricane can be due to the breakdown of Marriage Culture or rejection of God's Grace by the congregation. In either case the hurricane may also be a symbol of the Prostitute of Babylon, who sits on many waters (Rev 17:1). However, Hurricane Rafael appeared with the image of a man in the clouds and a horse's hoof in the stars (planets). It traveled over the sea under the horse's neck of Cuba and struck the Cayman Islands and then Cuba with fury. This is all very complicated. Who was the man in the clouds? What did the Cayman Islands mean, and what did Cuba have to do with the story?

Hurricanes are produced by Elect Weather Angels under the authority of God. They don't just happen and wander around on their own. They are alive under the control of Weather Angels. A face in a cloud can mean many different things. It could be a clue from a Weather Angel or demon, or it could be imaginary or an hallucination. The same goes for the shapes of clouds. Like art, clouds may be viewed subjectively or objectively. The other thing about angelic art is that it is multidimensional, like a hologram. As such, different pictures may appear from different directions. Furthermore, the mind can play tricks with the pixels and produce variations or distortions. Seeing is revelation, and revelation is at the mercy of God.

Portraits may emphasize or diminish facial features. Caricatures can even be used to represent a person. An item of clothing may even signify a specific individual. People have doubles. This all adds to the confusion. Pictures in clouds are pictures of the weather produced by Weather Angels or demons. Truth may lie in the eye of the beholder or spirits.

The picture of the man in the clouds of Tropical Storm Rafael resembles Donald Trump. The storm track represents the Presidential race over the course of life. The life of Former President Trump was destroyed by Divine Punishment like the lives of Job, Nebuchadnezzar, Jeremiah, Daniel, and Jonah. Satan is used to punish people under the will of God. And Satan can dish out the punishment of Job on anyone with God's permission. Near Death Experiences don't just happen to believers.

Tropical Storm Rafael formed in the Caribbean and headed for Jamaica. Kingston on the South side of the island was in the path, but the storm bypassed Jamaica. Kingston is named for the domain of a king, and the Astrological Chart of the 2024 Presidential Election contained a Castle, for the domain of a king. The Governor of Jamaica gave a land grant to the Cayman Islands in 1734 that resulted in the first settlement. The island was inhabited by outcasts, castaways, pirates, shipwrecked sailors, and deserters from Cromwell's Army in Jamaica. England had control of the Cayman Islands and Jamaica since the Treaty of Madrid in 1670. With the first settlement White men brought in Black slaves. The result over the years was a majority of Blacks, Whites, and multiracial ethnic groups.

The Cayman Islands were a Crown Colony of Jamaica until 1962 when they became a separate self-governing Crown Colony of Great Britain. They were granted a large degree of autonomy in 1972 and more in 1994. The Cayman Islands are an offshore financial center for international business with one of the highest per capita incomes in the world. The state charges no tax on income earned or stored, which has made it a world-class tax haven.

So, what does this have to do with the face in the clouds? The answer is that it relates to the economics of Donald Trump. Reagan came up with Reaganomics, which involved income tax cuts and trickle down principles. Running a government is big business, and Trump is a businessman. He is not a general, like Washington or Eisenhower. He will try to bring national prosperity of the Millennium with economics - not war. However, the economy is under Divine Control under the cycles of National Blessing or Cursing.

So, the hurricane went to the Cayman Islands for two reasons: Trump and Harris. The Trump reason was his new global economics. The Harris reason is different. The two islands hit by the hurricane were called the Sister Islands. They are symbolized as sisters - not brothers. Kamala Harris has a sister, Maya, who works with her. And Kamala proclaims and appears to be multiracial - Indian, Black, British? This would not be an issue were it not that she was advertised as Black to attract the Black vote. In addition, her defeat was decisive, like being trampled by horses.

From the Cayman Islands the hurricane made landfall in Cuba on the southern side under the horse's neck and knocked out power to the entire island. The blackout symbolized the Divine Judgment of Political Babylon. After crossing Cuba, Rafael emerged in the Gulf of Mexico and regained its strength. Just before reaching the edge of a hostile environment at 25 degrees North Latitude, it suddenly turned West and proceeded to the middle of the Gulf where it weakened to a Tropical Storm, then a Tropical Depression, and died.

Death in the middle of the ocean is a hopeless situation. There is no escape. This is like the death of Jonah. When Jonah ran from God, a storm arose in the Mediterranean and threatened the ship's crew. When Jonah was cast away, overboard, the storm subsided. Jonah was swallowed by a whale and died, but God resuscitated him. He went to Nineveh and had one of the greatest evangelistic crusades in history.

The greatest comeback of history was the Lord Jesus Christ, who was crucified, went into Sheol, and then was resurrected. Other great comebacks include Job, David, Jeremiah, Nebuchadnezzar, and Paul. The sign of Jonah in the death of Tropical Storm Rafael symbolized the great victory of President-Elect Trump as one of the greatest political comebacks in history.

The name of the storm was Rafael, which means God heals. It means literally to sew up and then to heal. It can also be used to mean to remedy, repair, or rescue. It is not just a term for physical healing. It can refer to a savior,, as one who saves, helps, or delivers. President-Elect Trump was referred to as a savior, not in the sense of saving souls, but saving the nation from ruin. His wife said his number one quality was caring. He cares for family and people. This is not usually the most significant qualification for a national leader.

So, Hurricane Rafael was a storm that symbolized the 2024 Presidential Election. It was like a horse's hoof riding rough-shod over the candidates. The winner was terribly abused. The sign of the outcast in Capricornus was a major issue from the deportation of illegal immigrants to the sign of Jonah as a castaway. And the Redeemer in Pisces was all about giving and income tax. There is no income tax in the Cayman Islands. The new Trump economics will attempt to cut income tax. The Savior Planet in Scorpius symbolized Satan's attack on Trump, who was dragged into court and almost assassinated. This was the work of Satan, the accuser and murderer.

Trump will be the 47th President of the US, where 47 is for peace. Trump will try to manage peace - not war. However, the business establishment is enslaved to Satan and only the Grace of God can break the yoke of Satan. "The love of money is a root of all evil" (1 Tim 6:10). Blessing and cursing are in the hands of God, and a doctrinal believer has more spiritual influence that the President or any national leader.

The Chart at the time the polls closed in the Eastern US at 8 pm EST contains a Horse's Hoof, which covers a Castle and other lower level configurations. A Horse's Hoof is the sign of being trampled by a horse. A Castle can symbolize the domain of a King or the White House.

The Horse's Hoof could apply to both US Presidential candidates, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Trump was dragged through the courts by his political enemies, and Kamala Harris suffered a terrible defeat.

Gemini was on the Ascendant, corresponding to rising influence in California and Israel. And the Moon was on the Descendant in Sagittarius, for the fall of an army. The election victory was like the defeat of various armies that opposed Trump.

The Almighty God planet was rising in Taurus as the sign of the ruler of an empire. The Mediator Planet was also in Taurus, for a royal government official. Government officials were often royalty in the ancient world. The election victory will lead to many new appointments of the new President's administration.

The Sun was in Libra, for Sovereign authority of the new President. Since he has the highest authority in the land, he cannot be arrested for violating the law. The election victory brought maximum legal leverage to President-Elect Trump.

Two planets were in Scorpius, for Trump's attacks by Satan, including the criminal attacks and snobbish implacability from people, both of which were from Satan. The planets in Scorpius were:
Morning Star - Satan's fall, leading to his doom.
Savior - the Satanic attack on the believer. Jesus Christ is the Savior of men's souls, and Trump is trying to save the nation.

The Red Planet was in Cancer, for suffering from a safety or security breach. This applies to suffering from Hurricane Rafael, especially in Cuba.

The Last Adam planet was in Capricornus, for an outcast, corresponding to those displaced by the hurricane and to the illegal aliens in the country that Trump has promised to cast out.

The God of the Covenants was in Aquarius, for a bearer of good news, corresponding to the Presidential Election victory.

The Redeemer planet was in Pisces for an offering from a priest or income tax. In the Church Age every believer is a priest.

Conclusion

Hurricane Rafael was the backdrop, or Spiritual accompaniment, for the 2024 Presidential Election between Former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. Tropical Storm Rafael was named on November 4, 2024 on the eve of the Presidential Election and died in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico on November 10 on the day the last vote count was finally completed enough to identify a winner. Hurricanes are Divine Punishment on the Client Nation for the breakdown of Marriage Culture and rejection of the Grace message of the pastor. They are ordered by God and produced to specifications by Weather Angels. Hurricane Rafael with its twists and turns was the Angelic Spiritual version of the election. It was produced by Angels in another dimension from the boasts, promises, and dissension of the souls of mankind, who are full of patronizing and bitter recrimination.

God chooses Presidents - not people (Dan 4:31, 32). Only He can give authority. So why would God send a storm to run coterminously with the Presidential Election? Both sides in the election seemed to recognize the gravity of the situation. Hurricanes have symbolized Presidential races before. The Presidential race of 2016 that Trump won was also symbolized by a hurricane. People who have Temporal freedom and vote for their president are nevertheless Spiritual slaves to the devil, since the devil is the ruler of world. The weather accompanies history like the orchestra accompanies the play. By paying attention to the weather, perhaps we will be better able to understand the election.

Tropical Storm Rafael began on Nov. 4, 2024 (Day 309), where the numbers mean 4 - weakness; 2024 - strategy and Archangels, and 309 - the Plagues of Egypt. The Tropical Storm headed for Jamaica, but turned left and ran under the horse's neck of Cuba. Being under the horse's neck symbolizes being neutralized, trampled by a horse, or destroyed. It is a decisive defeat. Nov. 4 was the eve of the Presidential Election. The Tropical Storm was under the horse's neck of Cuba on Nov. 5, where 5 is for a giant in Spiritual Warfare. Both Trump and Harris suffered severe punishment, like being trampled by a horse. The Configuration on the Astrological Chart at the time the polls closed contained a horse's hoof with a superimposed Castle, for the White House.

Tropical Storm Rafael appeared with a face of a man in the clouds with a raised golf club on Nov. 5. The face was produced by a Weather Angel and appeared to represent Donald Trump. Thus, it could be called the Trump storm. The storm was upgraded to a hurricane before hitting Little Cayman Island, which was a symbol of Kamala Harris, who claims to be interracial. The relation of the Cayman Islands to Jamaica is that the governor of Jamaica allocated the land in the Cayman Islands for the first settlement. Also, Kamala claims her father was from Jamaica.

Hurricane Rafael made landfall in Cuba on Nov. 6 and knocked out the power grid, resulting in a blackout of the entire island. This symbolized Divine Judgment of Political Babylon. The lights were going off in Cuba in conjunction with the US Presidential race.

When the storm emerged from Cuba, it regained its strength and turned West as Jonah did when he ran from the Lord. The storm went to the middle of the Gulf of Mexico where it died, like Jonah who caused a storm and was cast into the sea and died. However, Jonah was resuscitated and evangelized Nineveh. From death in the Mediterranean, he rose to become one of the greatest evangelists in history.

The electoral vote count was not completed until Tropical Storm Rafael died on Nov. 10. Trump won 312 to 226 electoral votes in one of the greatest political comebacks of history. The government of the Cayman Islands does not require income tax. It is a world tax haven with one of the highest per capita incomes in the world. It is a world financial center.

Trump will be the 47th President of the US, where 47 is for peace. Trump's style of government will be peace and prosperity from proper management of the economy. He is not a military leader but a businessman. Of course most national leaders seek economic prosperity. However, they don't wage war with it like the US with its economic sanctions and tariffs. It is God who determines economic prosperity - not politicians. Running a country is not the same as running a business. National prosperity was snatched from the last Trump administration by the Coronavirus pandemic.

National prosperity is associated with doctrinal believers - not crafty politicians or utopian socialists.
