Bertha Heralds Famous Birth of Baby Vance 
July 29, 2026 (Day 210):
Tropical
Storm Bertha formed in the Gulf of America in conjunction with
the birth of the son of Vice President JD Vance. It was
named a Tropical Depression at 11 AM EDT on July 19, 2026, the
morning Vance's wife Usha gave birth to their son. The
birth made history because it was the first birth of a
child born to a Vice President since 1870 during the
administration of President Ulysses S. Grant and Vice President
Schuyler Colfax II. That child's name was Schuyler Colfax
III. He became, and still holds the record for the
youngest mayor in the history of South Bend, Indiana.
The Tropical Depression in the Gulf became Tropical Storm Bertha
the next day, July 20, 2026. The National Weather Service
spent a day trying to find some wind strong enough to call it a
Tropical Storm. The storm was small and appeared like a
baby in the infrared photos. The baby storm tracked along
the Gulf Coast from Florida to Texas from July 20 to 24, when it
dissipated into a Low. The storm had an unusual form with
a large area of circulation mostly devoid of clouds and an area
of convection 50-80 miles away.
The picture of the
birth of Tropical Depression 2 that became Tropical Storm Bertha
appeared on the infrared weather photo at 3:40 PM EDT (1940
GMT). This was after the birth of the Vance baby.
The weather picture was produced by the Weather Archangel.
It is a graphic picture from conception to birth. The
symbolism of the weather is the backdrop for human history, but
the graphic nature of this picture indicates a process for
teaching that could involve other angels, such as Gabriel.
Gabriel is the Angel of childbirth. He manages the genes
and names the child even though the name may be compatible with
the hopes, dreams, and aspirations of the parents.
When
Tropical Storm Bertha reached Louisiana on July 22, it went
strait to Lake Pontchartrain, which could correspond to a womb
and child birth.
The radar
image of Tropical Storm Bertha over Louisiana shows the large
center of circulation apart from the deep convection to the
Southwest.
Spiritual Meaning
Tropical Storm Bertha
symbolized a baby. It was a baby storm, which is not all
that unusual, since tropical storms often begin small and then
grow larger. Baby Bertha began in relation to the birth of
the Vance baby, Alec Neel Vance, on July 19, 2026. He was
the first baby born to a US Vice President since 1870 in the
administration of President Ulysses S. Grant during
Reconstruction. Grant was both a destroyer and a healer
(e.g. the author of his memoirs). He died of tongue and
throat cancer from smoking cigars. The neck (or throat) is
a strait that connects the body to the head. Both JD Vance
and Usha are writers, or journalists. JD has a beard like
Grant's.
Tropical Storm Bertha traveled along the Gulf coast from Florida
to Texas. The large center of circulation was over water
and over land. As it wobbled along the coast it traveled
the course of a strait, corresponding to the Strong Angel in
Revelation with one foot on the land and the other on the sea
(Rev 10:1, 2). Thus, the path of Bertha corresponds to the
straits of Hormuz and Crimea in the wars in Iran and Ukraine.
As Tropical Storm Bertha moved along the Gulf Coast, it
was influenced or opposed by Zodiac signs:
Florida - Aquarius - good news of birth of a
child (Gen 4:1, 2).
Alabama, Mississippi - Pisces - cursing of
Levi (Gen 49:5-7)
Louisiana - Scorpius - Simeon criminality,
Satan (Gen 49:5-7).
Texas - Capricornus - Reuben - sin (Gen 49:3,
4).
The inner circulation of Tropical Storm Bertha had clouds
without water, a sign of false teachers (Jude 1:12; Prov 25:14)
and reversionists.
Although the time of birth is not known precisely, the Birth
Chart of Alec Neel Vance contains a Castle, the domain of a king
with loyal subjects.
Conclusion
Tropical Storm Bertha appeared as a baby as the baby
of JD and Usha Vance was being born. The path of the storm
along the Gulf Coast from Florida to Texas was a strait,
corresponding to the straits of life that the baby will have to
face and to the straits of Hormuz and Crimea related to the Iran
and Ukraine Wars.
Tropical Storm Bertha had clouds without water, the sign of false
teachers. The church today is full of baby believers who are
under immature false teachers. The pastors are not prepared,
and the members of the congregation are trying to read the Bible
for themselves. Correct interpretation of scripture depends
upon accurate theology, which is the result of disciplined study
under the ministry of the Holy Spirit - not emotion.
