Cliff Miller was a diabetic and known to have mental problems. And he was no stranger to Gainesville law enforcement. At age 18, Miller walked up to a Deputy Sheriff and said, "I have crack on me, can I give it to you, because I need help." The help he received was prosecution for cocaine possession, for which he was sentenced to 60 days in jail and a year of probation. He couldn't make it through the year of probation without other offenses.
On April 24, 2009, Miller was arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving when he was caught driving less than 10 mph on the wrong side of the road. The case was transferred to Mental Health Court, and Miller was found to be incompetent to stand trial. He was under mental health care.

symbolizes a strategic objective that turns on the Moon in Leo, the sign
of a politician, such as the Gainesville Mayor. The Plow points to
the Last Adam in Sagittarius, which symbolizes an enemy attack. The
Catwalk corresponds to a bridge over a chasm, which could symbolize the
transition from Earth to the afterlife, but the Plow overlapping the Catwalk
appears to also symbolize Miller shooting from the pickup as he drove along
the road. The Catwalk also symbolizes the electrical transmission
lines dangling over the Houston Ship channel following the collision with
a barge the day before.
The Ascendant Sign was technically Capricornus (Texas), but the Redeemer in Aquarius was approaching, and by the end of the shooting spree it was even closer. More important, however, was the Descendant, which was being approached by the Moon in Leo, a sign of a politician, such as the Gainesville Mayor. The Descendant means the Mayor of Gainesville was going down at the time of the shooting. The Chart turns on the Mayor, who was going down.
The story of recent Pakistan terrorism and training of German terrorists in Pakistan is also in the Chart. Pakistani terrorists are attacking NATO convoys and have trained German terrorists to attack Europe. The point of the Plow in Sagittarius corresponds to Pakistan, and Libra corresponds to Germany. Libra contained the conjunction of the Red Planet, for bloody judgment, and the Morning Star, for cataclysmic judgment, as with a rod of iron smashing a clay pot. The bloody judgment applied to the Gainesville shooting, but it also applied to the Pakistan terrorist attacks against NATO and planned attacks against Europe.
The Sun Sign was Virgo, which can symbolize the Resurrection. The Resurrection has application to the Houston Ship Channel electrical tower, which was in the process of being resurrected a day after being knocked down by a barge on October 3, 2010.2 The Sun was in conjunction with the God of the Covenants in Virgo, which symbolizes a caretaker. The caretaker corresponds to the medical personnel required to treat victims of the Gainesville shooting.

The Gainesville Mayor is attempting to charge a local church for police and fire protection. The sum is enough to bankrupt the church. This is overstepping the Laws of Establishment separation of Church and State. Church and State are separate Divine Institutions. The Church symbolizes Divine Love, and charging for love is prostitution. Consequently, the Gainesville politicians in opposition to the Church have aligned themselves with the Prostitute of Babylon.
The humiliating defeat of the University of Florida Gator football team by the University of Alabama is evidence of the curse upon Gainesville. Alabama symbolizes law enforcement. The University of Florida football team was humiliated at Alabama two days before just as Gainesville City and County law enforcement was humiliated by the mass shooting two days later.
Plow
The Plow resolves the conflict between two planets in opposition into a third. The Savior Planet in Virgo, for sons of Light (believers), was in opposition to the Almighty God and Mediator planets in Pisces. The opposition was resolved into the Last Adam in Sagittarius, for an enemy attack. Sagittarius corresponds to the enemy attack of Miller, a domestic terrorist, as well as attacks of the terrorists in Pakistan. Pisces corresponds to Alabama as well as Gainesville law enforcement, including the Police Department and Sheriff's Office.

As more evidence of the Locomotive, Miller's thinking was long-range. He was always looking for the next turn-off in the road. During his shooting spree he moved quickly in his father's pickup around the neighborhood and then down the Hawthorne Road, State Road 20. He quickly found victims and finished his shooting by committing suicide within 13 minutes.
Libra
The Last Adam was in Libra, which symbolizes being cursed by the law. Miller was cursed by the law of the land when he tried to turn himself in for cocaine possession. Miller had problems with drugs associated with the Mediator Planet in Scorpius. Drug abuse is a sign of Satan as per Galatians 5:20, where the Greek pharmakeia, is drug abuse, although it is incorrectly translated sorcery. Drug abuse is immoral, but it is not criminal. Selling drugs is a different matter. At age 18, Miller went to the Sheriff's Office for help with drugs and was arrested and thrown in jail.
Scorpius
Scorpius contained two planets that gave insight into Miller's criminality. The God of the Covenants in Scorpius symbolizes a liar. Satan was "the father of lies" (John 8:44). Miller's father had the same sign. And the Mediator in Scorpius symbolizes an accuser as well as drug abuse. Miller was quick to accuse, prone to violence, and a drug abuser.
Sagittarius
There were two planets in Sagittarius. The Redeemer in Sagittarius can symbolize being redeemed from the enemy. In spite of his problems with driving under the influence and reckless driving, Miller was judged incompetent to stand trial. The Red Planet in Libra symbolizes a bloody city, which happened to Gainesville when Miller went on his shooting spree as foretold by this sign in his Birth Chart.

The Red Planet in Libra symbolizes mass murder, and the Redeemer Planet in Scorpius symbolizes Fire Testing. This happened to the man. He was the victim of mass murder, which was also Fire Testing. The Almighty God on the cusp of Virgo symbolizes a powerful woman. The major attack on divine institutions is from powerful women.
