Rebels took control of Green Square, the symbolic center of Tripoli, as the eye of Tropical Storm Irene passed over St. Croix. The Storm appeared as a horse, the symbol of war and a male phallic reversionist. Irene is Greek for peace and prosperity. Irene associated with St. Croix (the Cross) corresponds to the Peace of Christ as a Problem Solving Device (John 16:33).

Chart at the time of taking Green Square in the fall of Tripoli is for
12:30 AM (which is 1:30 AM Tripoli time (2330 GMT)). The Chart contains
a Castle, a Grand Cross, and a Coffin. The Castle is the home of
a king, who rules over loyal subjects. It symbolizes the dictatorship
of Muammar Gaddafi. The Grand Cross symbolizes intensive suffering,
like going to the Cross. This also corresponds to the eye of Tropical
Storm Irene over St. Croix at the time. And a Coffin is for burying
the dead.
The Sun was in Leo, for the king of glory, symbolizing the glory of Col. Gaddafi. But Leo was at the Bottom of Heaven, for a king's death, symbolizing the defeat of Gaddafi. And the Sun was in conjunction with the Morning Star, for the herald of the new king. This corresponds to the saying, "The king is dead. Long live the king!" The Savior Planet nearby in Cancer symbolized the Lord protector, which corresponded to North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) air and sea support for the invasion of Tripoli.
Midheaven was in Aquarius at the time, corresponding to notorious good news, which was associated with celebration in the streets of Tripoli. And the Redeemer Planet in Aquarius symbolized the redemption of Libya from the Gaddafi dictatorship. Aquarius also symbolized NATO naval support, which provided support for a landing force from the sea and tactical air support.
The Moon was rising in Taurus, for a royal court. The Gaddafi dynasty could be considered a royal court. It is being replaced by the new Libya Transition Council.
