Daniel 2:32-34The 'stone cut out without hands" was a stone in its natural state that had not been reshaped by human hands. The feet of the statue, which were made of iron and pottery, symbolized the Revived Roman Empire, ruled by the Antichrist in the Tribulation. The stone symbolized the Lord Jesus Christ who will return at the Second Advent and destroy the last world empires.
32 "The head of that statue was made of fine gold (Chaldean Empire), its breast and its arms of silver (Medes and Persians), its belly (Graeco-Macedonian Empire of Alexander the Great) and its thighs of bronze (Hellenistic monarchies), 33 its legs of iron (Roman Empire), its feet partly of iron (Revived Roman Empire of Tribulation) and partly of clay (undermined nations). 34 "You continued looking until a stone was cut out without hands, and it struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces (Armageddon).
"Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were crushed all at the same time, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors (Baptism of Fire); and the wind carried them away so that not a trace of them was found (not allowed in Millennial Kingdom). But the stone (Jesus Christ) that struck the statue became a great mountain (reign of Christ in Millennium) and filled the whole Earth. (Daniel 2:35)After the Lord destroys the enemies of Israel at the Second Advent, the unbelievers will be cast off the Earth into the fire of Hades and the Earth will be purged with fire (the Baptism of Fire) to prepare for the Millennium with perfect environment.
The Space Shuttle erected on the Launch Pad corresponded to the statue of Daniel. The tropical disturbance striking the Space Shuttle corresponded to the stone cut out without hands striking the feet of clay of the statue of Daniel. The stone striking the statue and toppling it corresponds to the end of the empires of the world (Babylon) at the Second Advent.
The return of STS-134 at 2:34/51 AM EDT was a reminder of the division of the land, corresponding to the Tower of Babel, which the Lord toppled when He divided the land. The number, 34, stands for the division of the land. Thus, the Space Shuttle on the Launch Pad and the International Space Station correspond to the Tower of Babel. Just as the Lord scattered the nations at the Tower of Babel, He will destroy the nations that oppose Israel at the Second Advent.
The Space Shuttle Atlantis (STS-135) will be NASA's last Shuttle mission. Thus, the end of the Shuttle missions corresponds to the end of world empires. The number, STS-135, symbolizes rest from enemies and corresponds to the Millennium, which follows the Second Advent.
