Scooter Libby was raised in Florida. He attended the Eaglebrook Middle School, in Deerfield, Massachusetts and the elite Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. He graduated from Yale in 1972, and received his law degree from Columbia in 1975. He practiced law in Philadelphia. After Reagan's election in 1980, he began working for his former Yale Political Science professor, Paul Wolfowitz, at the State Department. Later, he worked for Wolfowitz in the Defense Department under President George H. W. Bush and Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney.
In 2001, Libby became chief of staff of Vice President Dick Cheney. He was one of the most pro-Israel members of the Bush administration. He pushed the Road Map for peace between Israel and the Palestinians. He participated in meetings with Israeli leaders in December 2002 and a meeting with aides of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in April 2003 that led to the Red Sea Summit on June 4, 2003.
Valerie Plame Leak Investigation
Joseph Wilson traveled to Niger at the request of the CIA to determine if it tried to sell uranium yellowcake to Iraq. He arrived in Niger on February 26, 2002. After finding no evidence of such activity, which Niger would not have admitted anyway, since it would have violated United Nations sanctions on Iraq, Wilson reported to the CIA that it was unlikely that Iraq had tried to buy uranium yellowcake from Niger.
Having no knowledge of Wilson's trip, President George W. Bush referred to Iraq's attempt to buy uranium yellowcake from Niger in his State of the Union speech in 2003. Preventing Iraq from acquiring Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) was the primary justification cited for the US invasion of Iraq on March 19, 2003. However, after invading Iraq, the US never found any WMD's. It became obvious that US intelligence regarding Iraq's WMD's was faulty. As the press began to play this up, it damaged the credibility of the Bush Administration.
On July 14, 2003, Robert Novak published an article on Joseph Wilson's trip to Niger to determine whether it was trying to sell uranium yellowcake to Saddam Hussein. In the article Novak stated that Wilson's wife, Valerie Plame, was a CIA operative. That was the first time Valerie Plame had been identified in the press as a CIA operative. Novak apparently got his information from former Deputy Secretary of State Dick Armitage and had it confirmed by Bush Administration officials like Carl Rove and Scooter Libby. However, Armitage and all the others said they only referred to her as Wilson's wife. Since it is illegal to release the name of a covert CIA operative, an investigation as to who leaked Plame's name was soon begun. Armitage confessed immediately, but was never charged.
After a grand jury was convened, Scooter Libby was indicted on October 28, 2005 on five counts, which included: one count of obstruction of justice, two counts of making false statements to FBI agents, and two counts of perjury before a grand jury. During the trial, Tim Russert of NBC News was the star witness for the prosecution of Libby. Libby, who was Vice President Cheney's Chief of Staff, had testified that he learned of the identity of Valerie Wilson from Russert in a phone conversation on July 10 or 11, 2003. Russert, however, told an FBI agent that the issue of Valerie Wilson never came up in the conversation.
Russert showed up to testify in the Libby trial on February 7-8, 2007 on crutches after breaking his right ankle playing with his dog on the stairs. Libby had showed up on October 28, 2006 for his indictment on crutches after breaking his foot playing football. On March 5, 2007, the day before Libby was found guilty, the Mediator Planet transited the Sun in Aquarius, and Vice President Dick Cheney was diagnosed with a blood clot in his left leg. The Mediator Planet transiting the Sun is the sign of a hypocrite who accuses another of what he himself does (Matthew 7:4-5). The trial ended a 4 year investigation by a special prosecutor in which the source of the leak was never named, and the only charges were brought against Libby for lying and obstructing justice.
On June 5, 2007, Libby was sentenced to 30 months in prison, a $250,000 fine, and two years of supervised release, including 400 hours of community service. Libby was ordered to begin his sentence immediately. On July 2, 2007, when Libby's appeal of the judge's order failed, President Bush commuted his 30-month prison sentence but left the rest of his sentence intact. As a convicted felon, Libby lost his membership in the Bar.
Fallout
1. On June 13, 2008, Tim Russert, 58, collapsed and died of a heart attack.Based upon the seriousness of the fallout, there must have been something much more serious going on than the leak of the name of a CIA spy. The real story is Spiritual. To understand it, the Charts of the players in the drama will be analyzed.2. On July 27, 2008, Robert Novak was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. He died August 18, 2009 at age 78.
3. Although he had no known connections to the Valerie Plame leak investigation, Paul Wolfowitz, Scooter Libby's mentor and a leading architect of the Iraq War, was forced to resign as President of the World Bank. On May 17, 2007, the World Bank Directors announced that he would resign at the end of June 2007. Wolfowitz became President of the World Bank on June 1, 2005.
4. In December 2005, Valerie Plame Wilson resigned from the CIA.
According to the outline of the four horses of the Apocalypse, the first horse, a White Horse, was an antichrist who starts war. The White Horse corresponded to Osama bin Laden. After bin Laden's attack on the US on September 11, 2001, the US retaliated by going to war in Afghanistan and Iraq. After Iraq fell, no weapons of mass destruction were found, which was the reason given for going to war. Scooter Libby and Vice President Cheney were caught up in the war of words that followed as the press tried to destroy the credibility of the Bush Administration.
In the process of arguing over weapons of mass destruction, Valerie Plame's name came out. That was related to the Red Horse of suffering and loss of peace in the civilian population. However, before Plame's name came out, a pastor in Texas, R. B. Thieme, Jr., fell sick and had to resign. He was 85, for an eye or a spy. Then the Black Horse of the Economic Recession of 2007-2009 occurred. Then the Pale Horse of death arrived and R. B. Thieme, Jr. and Robert Novak, who outed Valerie Plame, died of head diseases within two days of each other in 2009. A year before, Novak hit a pedestrian, whom he did not see because he had a brain tumor. So, his eyesight related back to when the Libby-Plame saga began in 2003 when R. B. Thieme, Jr. was 85, for an eye or spy.

Plame's Birth Chart contains a Grand Cross, a Podium, and a Trumpet.
A Grand Cross is the most intense sign of suffering. It symbolized
being sacrificed on a cross. That is what symbolically happened to
Valerie. After being hidden away in the CIA, she suddenly exploded
on the national stage. But in the Angelic Conflict, she was already
well known because a Podium is a raised platform for reaching an audience
with a message, and a Grand Cross is powerful sign of suffering.
A person in an organization with a Grand Cross can be like someone who
sucks a hole into the bottom of a boat. The article that Novak wrote
was intended to expose the faulty logic of going to war in Iraq over WMD's.
However, the scandal that erupted revolved around Valerie Plame, whose
name he had casually dropped into the article as gossip.
A Trumpet is the signaling device of a herald. It is like a megaphone for broadcasting messages. It is even more powerful when coupled with the Podium, which is a raised platform for broadcasting. On one side of the Trumpet are Cancer and Leo. In Cancer is the Red Planet, for suffering from a security breach, which is exactly what happened when Plame's identity was leaked. The Last Adam in Leo symbolizes standing before kings in operation footstool. As a result of the leak of her name, Valerie Plame testified before Congress and was well known to the President of the US and the world. She also wrote a book about her ordeal.
The Redeemer Planet in Libra symbolizes a blood avenger and corresponds to Valerie's desire to get even. After her name was leaked, she tried to sue Vice President Cheney and others in the Bush Administration and even the CIA.
The Iraq War symbolized the attack of the Evil King. And the investigation of the Valerie Plame leak and Scooter Libby trial, symbolized the attack of the Prostitute of Babylon. The Evil King is associated with the external gates of the Military Establishment, and the Prostitute of Babylon is associated with the internal gates of the Criminal Justice System. In the Angelic Conflict, Valerie Plame became the symbol of the Prostitute of Babylon.
The
Birth Chart of Patrick Fitzgerald contains a Castle. A Castle symbolizes
the domain of a king. It also symbolizes a fortress or prison.
Fitzgerald, as a prosecutor, was responsible for sending high profile criminals
to prison. His Sun Sign was Sagittarius, for a raider. He would
approach his work like mounted cavalry in battle. Also in Sagittarius
were two more powerful planets, the Almighty God, for mighty warriors,
and the God of the Covenants, for the rules of engagement, corresponding
to the rules of litigation.
The
Birth Chart of Paul Wolfowitz also contains a Castle. His Sun Sign
was Sagittarius, for a raider. Although he was not a soldier, he
did work for Dick Cheney in the Defense Department and became the most
hawkish member in the administration of President George W. Bush.
He had strong influence from three planets in Taurus, including the God
of the Covenants, for the Promised Land of Israel, the Red Planet, for
the Plagues of Egypt, and the Mediator, for success in life through a mediator.
He was recommended by President Bush to be President of the World Bank.
After becoming President of the World Bank in 2005, he was forced to resign
at the end of June 2007 over a scandal involving the promotion of his Arab
girlfriend. Recall, Scooter Libby was sentenced on June 5, 2007.
The World Bank is under the control of the Prostitute of Babylon.
The
Birth Chart of Scooter Libby also contains a Castle. The Castle in
Scooter's Chart was fulfilled in his work in the Pentagon and in the White
House. Libby was born on the 22nd, like Fitzgerald and Wolfowitz,
where 22 is for cursing. Thus, the three men, Libby, Fitzgerald,
and Wolfowitz, were all born on the 22nd with Castles in their Birth Charts.
Libby's Sun Sign was Leo, for royal glory. He was chief of staff
for Vice President Cheney. Also in Leo was the God of the Covenants,
for the powers of rulers. Leo also corresponds to Washington, DC.
Libby's Moon Sign was Sagittarius, for an army or raiding band. Like
Wolfowitz, Libby had the Redeemer in Virgo, for the redeemer of virgin
Israel. Libby was so pro-Israel that a British leader remarked that
he could not tell whether Libby was working for Israel or the US.
The Mediator Planet was in Gemini, for a lawyer, which was Libby's profession. The Almighty God was in Aquarius, for distinction. Libby was born into a wealthy Jewish family, attended elite schools, and was distinguished. Aquarius corresponds to Florida, where Libby grew up. Florida is also associated with the Palestinians at Gaza, and is thus related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Libby, like Wolfowitz, was a strong supporter of the Road Map for peace between Israel and the Palestinians. The Road Map is contrary to the Abrahamic Covenant, however.
There were two planets in Cancer, the Morning Star, for the Lord protector, and the Last Adam, for scourging. Even though Libby was severely punished in his trial, the Lord protected him and retaliated against those who cursed him.
The Savior Planet was in Virgo, for Rachel's children. The weeping of Rachel for her children symbolizes the destruction of war. The Red Planet in Libra symbolized bloody judgment, which occurred during the Iraq War.
The

contains another Castle, which also corresponds to a fortress or prison.
Libby was later sentenced to 30 months in prison. At the time of
the verdict announcement the Castle was overturned to indicate judgment.
Later, at the time of the death of Tim
Russert a year later, there would be another overturned Castle.
The Sun Sign was Aquarius, which can symbolize the Antichrist as the god of this world who blinds the minds of the unbelieving (2 Cor 4:4). It was Satan as the Antichrist, who, with God's permission, inspired the Iraq War as well as the Valerie Plame leak investigation and Scooter Libby trial. The Antichrist appeared as the Evil King in Iraq and the Prostitute of Babylon in the Valerie Plame witch hunt. The Sun was in conjunction with the Mediator Planet and Midheaven to add even more significance to the sign. The Mediator Planet symbolized a representative. Patrick Fitzgerald was the representative who came out to announce the guilty verdict to the waiting press. And Midheaven in Aquarius symbolizes sensational news. After four years, the final outcome of the investigation and trial was big news. The Savior Planet was also in Aquarius, for a reporter. News reporters were everywhere. And Aquarius corresponds to Florida, where Libby grew up and the region of the US corresponding to the Palestinians in Gaza.
The Moon Sign was Virgo, for civil servants. Libby was a civil servant. The Ascendant Sign was Gemini, for a witness, as in court. The Descendant Sign was Sagittarius, which contained the Last Adam, for an enemy attack. There were several enemy attacks, but the most significant one was the attack of the Prostitute of Babylon. Every area of the Chart bore the signs of cursing and suffering, not the signs of vindication or justice.
The bottom of heaven, IC, was in Leo, for the death of a nation. That was a clue that the Castle symbolized a nation rather than a prison. The nation symbolized the USA, which had been hijacked by the Prostitute of Babylon. Satan is the one who wanted to destroy both the US and Israel. He was symbolized as the ruler of the world in the Almighty God Planet in Scorpius. Satan, working through the Prostitute of Babylon, was the author of the Road Map for peace. The Road Map for peace is a violation of the Abrahamic Covenant and part of Satan's plan for world domination. Those who violate the Abrahamic Covenant will be cursed per Genesis 12:3. Jews like Libby and Wolfowitz who support the Road Map for peace will be subject to the curse of God, which Satan may be allowed to execute. Libby and Wolfowitz were both born on the 22nd, for cursing. And those who curse Israel will be cursed, which includes prosecutors like Fitzgerald, who was also born on the 22nd. Fitzgerald's prosecution of Libby symbolized cursing Israel, which would, in turn, bring God's cursing (Gen 12:3). God's cursing included the deaths of Tim Russert and Robert Novak.
Capricornus contained the Red Planet, for criminal suffering, and the Redeemer Planet, for being redeemed by blood. Scooter Libby received criminal suffering, and a year later Tim Russert, the star witness against him, died of a heart attack, which symbolized redeemed by blood. Then Robert Novak had a brain tumor and died.
The God of the Covenants Planet was in Cancer to symbolizes laws, as those which applied to the criminal proceedings in the Libby trial. And the Morning Star in Pisces symbolizes a high priest. Libby was sentenced to 30 months in prison, where 30 stands for a priest. The Lord Jesus Christ is the High Priest in the Church Age. He intercedes for Israel and the Church. As a result, Libby's 30 month sentence was commuted by President Bush.
Libby's suffering was related to the analogy of the four horses of the Apocalypse in 2001-2009. The attack of the White Horse symbolized bin Laden's attack on the US in 2001. The plan that Bush used for retaliating against Iraq, was produced by Wolfowitz and Libby. The excuse for the Iraq War, however, was to prevent Iraq from acquiring weapons of mass destruction. When no evidence of weapons of mass destruction was found in Iraq after it fell to the US, Libby was caught up in trying to sway the press to maintain the credibility of the Bush Administration. He reportedly fed the press the name of Valerie Wilson (though he was never accused of leaking the name, Valerie Plame) to discredit the testimony of Joe Wilson's New York Times editorial (July 6, 2003) of his trip to Niger in which he questioned Bush's rationale for going to war with Iraq.
One of the dilemma's of the leak investigation is why Libby perjured himself, since he was too sharp to make such a mistake. However, in the grander scheme, Libby was one of the players in the saga of the four horses of the Apocalypse. He was under the counterattack of the Prostitute of Babylon, against whom he was defenseless as an unbeliever. However, Satan was counterattacking all over the US and the White House. Satan lured the US into the Iraq War, and after the War he tried to destabilize Iraq and the US government. Even Libby's fierce loyalty to Israel had been hijacked by the devil when Libby was convinced to support the Road Map for peace, which was Satanic policy. For a Jew like Libby or a Christian like President Bush to reject the Abrahamic Covenant is a sign of the utmost apostasy. And God's judgments through the four horses in 2001-2009 were punishing that apostasy.
