Her mother-in-law died on Sunday, and Kim went to church to honor her mother-in-law's dying wish. There Kim was saved in January 2011. She is a member of the Apostolic Church.
After her mother retired, Kim was elected Clerk of the Court in Rowan County. She took office in January 2015. On June 26, 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that homosexuals have the right to marry based on the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution.
In Kentucky the Clerk of the Court is responsible for issuing marriage licenses. Kentucky law defines marriage as between one man and one woman. There is no provision for homosexual marriage. Kim petitioned the Governor and Legislature for relief, stating that issuing marriage licenses to homosexuals was against her religious convictions. However the Kentucky government officials went on vacation without addressing the problem. They walked away and left Kim to face the federal government, which she did.
Kim could choose to obey the Supreme Court and disobey God, or obey God and disobey the Supreme Court. Her conscience knew Good from Evil; so she obeyed God and disobeyed the Supreme Court. She refused to issue any marriage licenses for straight or homosexual couples, and she appealed her case to the Supreme Court. However, a lower federal court directed her to issue marriage licenses to homosexuals, and the Supreme Court refused to hear her case.
Kim was jailed on contempt of court on September 3, 2015 for failure to obey a judge's order to issue homosexual marriage licenses. The court directed deputy clerks to issue marriage licenses to homosexuals. Thus, the federal court undermined the authority of the Clerk of the Court, set up a dictatorial system, and persecuted a Christian in violation of the Freedom of Religion clause.
The
Birth Chart of Kim Davis contains a Locomotive, a Plow, and three groups

for the Noahic Covenant. This means a strong focus on the Covenant

of the Plow of the Moon in Taurus. This symbolized the persecution
of the glory of the Church Bride – i. e. persecution of the Church.
Throwing Kim in jail was persecution – not the rule of law.
The other planet paired with the Moon was the Almighty God in Gemini, for a marriage feast. This pair corresponds to Kim's role in issuing marriage licenses. The pair corresponds to the Divine Institution of Marriage.
The witness of planets in Libra correspond to the court. The Red Planet and Redeemer in conjunction were paired with the Morning Star.
However, Kim had a conscience that recognized Good and Evil, and she understood God's authority. She recognized homosexuality as evil. And her Birth Chart was uniquely designed to make her a very powerful witness against corruption of Marriage, such as what happened in the Antediluvian Civilization. She was created to be God's witness against homosexual marriage in the US.
The homosexual supporters have cursed Kim, but God will defend her and punish the unbelievers severely.
During the time Kim was being pressured to issue homosexual marriage licenses, Tropical Storm Erica flooded the island of Dominica (meaning of the Lord). Columbus named the island Dominica because it was discovered on Sunday in 1493, for guilt. Kim's testimony is that she was saved on Sunday in 2011, where 11 is for a witness, corresponding to the pairs of planets in her Birth Chart.
