At the time of the shipwreck at 9:42 PM, he was talking on the phone to retired Captain Mario Palombo, who was on the island. Also, at the time the matre d'hotel of the ship, who was from the island, was on the ship's bridge to view the sail-past.

Chart at the time of the shipwreck contained the image of a ship and a
Plow. The ship was represented by a rectangle that was slightly over
30 degrees wide. A Plow symbolizes intensive suffering, like being
plowed under. The hull of a the ship was like a plow hitting the
reef. The Plow pointed to the Sun in Sagittarius, which symbolizes
a Christian with the armor of Light or an angelic army. There were
also three conjunctions of planets in the Chart, corresponding to a flood
associated with the ship sinking.
The Moon was in conjunction with the Red Planet in Leo on the Ascendant. The Moon in Leo symbolizes a politician, and the Red Planet in Leo symbolizes the attack of a roaring lion, Satan. The reef pealing away the hull of the ship sounded like a roaring lion. People were seated in the dining room for dinner when the dishes came crashing down.
Aquarius, corresponding to the sea, was on the Descendant. It contained the Morning Star, for a ship's captain, in conjunction with the Redeemer, for being redeemed from the sea.
Midheaven was in Taurus, for prosperity and royal majesty, corresponding to the luxurious cruise ship. And the Bottom of Heaven was in Scorpius, for the death of Jezebel, or Prostitute of Babylon who sits on many waters (Rev 17:1).
In addition to the Sun, there was also in Sagittariius the conjunction of the Savior Planet and the Last Adam. The Savior in Sagittarius symbolizes a deliverer, corresponding to those who assisted in the rescue of the ship's passengers and to Christians engaged in Spiritual Warfare. The Last Adam in Sagittarius symbolizes a Satanic Attack.
The three planets in Sagittarius are the key to understanding the shipwreck. Satan sponsored the luxurious cruise, distracted the captain, and ran the ship into the reef. The Grace of God with his angels provided wind and sea currents to guide the ship to ground.
The Almighty God Planet was in Aries, for a captain, corresponding to the ship's captain.
The Mediator Planet was in Pisces, for a priest. Pisces corresponds to the region associated with Law Enforcement.
The God of the Covenants was in Libra, for a pilot. The shipwreck was alledgedly due to pilot error.
The Costa Concordia was a luxurious cruise ship, corresponding to the Prostitute of Babylon, who sits on many waters. Satan ran the cruise, distracted the Captain, and brought the matre d'hotel to the bridge to symbolize the Prostitute of Babylon. Those people on the cruise symbolized those who reject their inheritance of Salvation and the Spiritual life. The punishment for those who reject Salvation is severe in this life, but it is most harsh for those who die without Christ and inherit the Lake of Fire.
