Susan was born when her mother was 47. The difficult birth caused Susan to be oxygen deprived, which resulted in a minor learning disability. Susan was the youngest in the family with nine brothers and sisters. She was often bullied and abused by other children. She grew up a loner with no friends and often retreated to her room where she listened to records for hours and sang. She grew up in a musical family. There were often sing alongs, and her father sang in local men's clubs. Susan was shy, but by the age of 12 her singing ability emerged. She took lessens from a voice coach and attended the Edinburgh Acting School. She sang karaoke at a local pub.
Susan's father, Patrick, died ten years ago, and the sister who was closest to her, Kathleen, died 18 months later in 2000 from an asthma attack. Susan was devastated. Susan wanted to be a singer, but couldn't get the attention of any recording companies. She used her life savings and made a tape with two songs on it as examples, which she sent to prospective clients, but no companies were interested. In 1999, she made a CD of "Cry Me a River," for a local charity. She sang in the choir of a Catholic Church and won various local contests over the years, but she could never break through in the recording industry.
Susan stayed home and cared for her mother, who died at 91 in 2007. Susan was very depressed afterward and shut herself up in her home for 3 or 4 days at the time without answering the door or telephone.
In January 2009, Susan auditioned for "Britain's Got Talent" in Glasgow, Scotland. Her homely appearance, unsophisticated demeanor, and age brought out the snobbishness in others. Before she sang the first note, the audience was laughing at her and the judges stifled their jeers. But when she began to sing "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Misérables the mood suddenly changed. Before she finished the first line of the song, the audience was cheering and the judges raised their eyebrows and dropped their jaws in amazement. Standing ovations followed early in the song. Her performance was that of a musical genius, who understood the music and gave it new meaning with the rendition. She was praised by the three judges, who all gave her Yes votes. The audience went wild.
When the tape of the audition was finally aired on British television on April 11, Susan Boyle gained world-wide fame overnight. People who watched the show or saw video recordings of it were reduced to tears. Views of the video recordings on the Internet reached 100 million views in nine days.
Susan made it to the semi-finals of "Britain's God Talent" only to have her hopes dashed when she encountered cursing just prior to her final performance. She had a run-in with some people at her hotel, which the press published as gossip. Then 15 minutes before her final performance, her new dress had not yet arrived, and it was too much for her. She placed second in the competition. The next day she became depressed and was taken to a psychiatric hospital. The best of times became the worst of times for her.
The Stages symbolize Susan's world fame as a singer on Stage. However, the two Stages are in opposition and are cut by the Plow. This is a sign of conflict and suffering associated with her success on Stage.
The Sun Sign is Pisces, for a priest. The function of the priesthood can include singing, which corresponds to Susan's gift. The Moon was Full in Virgo, for the glory of the woman, who responds in fullness to her Right Man. However, the problem here is that this is like a perfect Right Woman, who would require a perfect Right Man. Aside from Adam and Eve in the Garden and Abraham and Sarah, the cases of this happening in history are rare.
The Ascendant Sign was Gemini with the Red Planet, a sign of a bloody bridegroom. A bloody bridegroom symbolizes suffering of either the man or woman in Marriage. For example, when one member of the pair decides to obey God and the other does not, it will destroy the Marriage and God will send one of the partners to the sin unto death.
Midheaven was in Capricornus, for the glory of the world, or fame associated with Gentile lawlessness. Two planets in Capricornus added further significance to the sign.
The pairs of planets in the chart marked by green circles, are the sign of a flood. After the video of Susan's audition aired, there were floods in Houston, Texas. A flood symbolizes the breakdown of Marriage Culture due to the promiscuous female.
Sun Sign
The Sun Sign is the best overall indicator of a person. Susan's Sun Sign was Pisces, for a priest. A priest can include a singer, which is Susan's gift. However, it is important for a priest to serve the Lord. Paired with the Sun is the Morning Star in Aries, for a coach and a winner. Susan had a voice coach to help her with her singing. She will always need a coach to guide her in life. She has the potential of becoming a winner-believer, who can receive the Order of the Morning Star (Rev 2:26-28).4
The Sun is both the point of the Boomerang and one of the planets in opposition in the Plow. It is opposite the Moon, since the Moon was full. The Sun symbolizes a person's life, or capacity for life. The Sun in opposition to the Full Moon is like the Right Man - Right Woman relationship in which the woman responds to the man. The Full Moon implies a perfect responder for a perfect man. When this fails, the alternative is intensive suffering at the point of the Plow, which symbolizes the sin unto death. This is not a hopeless situation for the person who is willing to trust the Lord and walk in faith.
Moon Sign
The Moon Sign was Virgo, for the glory of the woman, who reflects the light of her Right Man. Since the Moon was full, there will be maximum response from the woman. This means that Susan is an excellent responder. However, if her Right Man is not full of light, she will have major problems reflecting his darkness.
The Boomerang
The Boomerang symbolizes a critical timing window when a person must take decisive action. Timing is all important for a musician, and Susan's ability to interpret music is phenomenal. Susan's Boomerang points to the Sun, which symbolizes a person's own life. And the handle of the Boomerang is the Moon in opposition to the Sun, which symbolizes the Right Man - Right Woman relationship of Marriage Culture, as already discussed.
The timing window opens with the Last Adam in Leo, a sign of a person at the footstool of the conquering king, stripped of power, and awaiting a life or death sentence. The timing window ends with the Redeemer Planet in Libra, which symbolizes refining, or separating the wheat from the chaff. In between these two extremes lies the Moon to mark the precise time to act.
The Plow
The Plow in Susan's chart symbolizes intense suffering. A Plow directs the opposition of two planets into a third. The planets in opposition are the Sun and the Moon. This opposition represents Marriage, and the opposition is directed into the Red Planet in Gemini, for a bloody bridegroom (Ex 4:25). A bloody bridegroom symbolizes intensified suffering of one of the partners in Marriage. It is like going to the Cross or dying the sin unto death. The irony is that this is the alternative to an otherwise perfect Marriage relationship as symbolized by the Full Moon.
Stages
Tthe two Stages in opposition indicate conflict with Susan's great success on Stage. Along with the Plow that cuts across the Stages, this is a sign suffering in spite of success on stage. It is self-destruction.
Cancer
Cancer contains the Mediator Planet, which symbolizes spectators. The Mediator Planet is in conjunction with IC, the bottom of heaven, or the grave. This symbolizes a hostile audience. Susan has often been subjected to ridicule in life. The Mediator Planet in Cancer also symbolizes a negotiator. Susan faced a hostile audience under the influence of Satan and his lawlessness in her audition on "Britain's Got Talent." Turning the audience around through the song that she sang was a phenomenal negotiating accomplishment.
Leo
The Last Adam in Leo symbolizes a person who stands before kings. That can be good or bad. On the good side, the person may give a testimony to the king. On the bad side, the person can stand before the footstool of a conquering king, stripped of his power, and awaiting a sentence of life or death.
Libra
The Redeemer Planet in Libra symbolizes refining, or separating the wheat from the chaff. This is a sign of the highest quality, which, in Libra, can be associated with justification and music. It can also symbolize redemption.
Capricornus
Capricornus contains Midheaven and the conjunction of the God of the Covenants and Almighty God Planets. This foretells a high meaning associated with the sign. The God of the Covenants in Capricornus symbolizes Gentile vessels of mercy (Rom 9:23-26), and the Almighty God Planet in Capricornus symbolizes a Gentile empire. Susan is out to conquer a Gentile empire like the United States of America with her singing.
The God of the Covenants in Capricornus symbolizes the Gentile recipients of the New Covenant to the Church, since Gentiles are associated with the meaning of Capricornus, the Goat. The Gentile recipients are the "vessels of mercy" of Romans 9:23-26.
Romans 9:22-24This passage explains the contrast between the cursing of Israel and the blessing of the Gentiles under the New Covenant to the Church. This is also an explanation for the Boomerang and Plow in Susan's chart. The Boomerang is for the blessing of the Gentiles at the right time in history, and the Plow is for the cursing of Israel. Gemini, at the point of the Plow, corresponds to Israel on the Zodiac Map.
22 What if God, willing to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? 23 in order that He might make known to you the riches of His glory on vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for His glory, 24 even us, whom He also called, not from the Jews only, but also from among the Gentiles.
The Boomerang and Plow in Susan's Chart are joined side by side to form the sign of a witness. The Boomerang has a precarious potential for great blessing, while the Plow brings great cursing. The Lord brought Susan through great suffering in order for her to communicate great blessing. Her Birth Chart and her life symbolize the demonstration of God's wrath upon Israel and His grace blessing upon the Gentile vessels of mercy of the Church. This was demonstrated in Susan's audition in January 2009, but it was not broadcast to the world until April 11, 2009, where 11 is for a witness. Susan was God's witness. She was alive and different from the other contestants, who exuded spiritual death and darkness. The Boomerang and Plow in her Birth Chart were the sign of a witness who could overcome the hostile audience of the world. And through her awesome performance God broadcast His message.
But God has chosen the foolish things of the world, that He might disgrace the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world, that He might disgrace the strong. (1 Corinthians 1:27)God's Grace overcame the world to let Susan be heard. And her voice became a great blessing to a generation in need of a ray of Light. Susan's performance left the world in awe and in search of answers. Her performance and her life demonstrated God's cursing of Israel and Grace blessing upon the Gentiles of the Church Age (Rom 9:23-26). God held Susan back, and then introduced her at the right time. She appeared on "Britain's Got Talent" at age 47, for peace, which Susan had been without from the snobs and bullies in her life. God provides peace. She became one of the visible heroes of 2009 from the ranks of common people. And she demonstrated the importance of serving the Lord in the place of His choosing. Recordings are being made of every life for evaluation after the Resurrection of the Church. The Church Age is the age of the common person, who has the opportunity to receive eternal rewards for service in this life.
Susan's Chart has two stages in opposition to indicate great conflict with any success she has on stage. This indicates contradiction and self-desxtruction. Born on the Full Moon, she was designed for maximum response to her Right Man and maximum response from her audience. However, the fickle fate of perfection is like winning a joust with Goliath. It is possible, but the chance of it happening is slim. Yet, with God all things are possible. Such is the case with the winner believer. If God is for us, who can be against us?
